Simone

Simone completed a four-year apprenticeship and became a licensed contractor in 1976. Simone is the third generation of her family to work in the construction trades. She has worked as a licensed contractor in California and Oregon for 29 years. Simone’s experience includes residential and commercial new construction, complete remodeling and repair services, and seven years of volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity while working as a full-time contractor.

Simone’s believes that every customer deserves a completed project finished the way they want it. She gives the customer input and feedback so they have the necessary information with which to make their project decisions. Simone then uses her skills and extensive experience to make those dreams and desires work.

For Simone, good customer relations means getting to know you and what you need, providing quality work, and respecting your home before, during and after the work is done. Many of Simone’s customers are repeat customers who initially called after receiving a word-of-mouth referral from another satisfied customer.

Angela

Angela has over 20 years experience in full-spectrum home maintenance, remodeling, and repair. She enjoys the challenge in working on older homes, has the skills and patience to turn your project into the beautifully finished space you want, and uses her attention to detail to your best advantage.

Angela has enjoyed a long history of excellent relationships with her customers. She has worked extensively with a customer base of women and elderly customers. Her customers have valued and depended upon Angela’s ability to assist them in determining their home repair needs, explaining code and construction requirements, and suggesting the most cost effective methods of dealing with home repair problems without high-pressure tactics.

Angela’s quality work has provided her with many satisfied customers, repeated contracts, and word-of-mouth referrals. Her work is dependable and she respects the customer’s deadlines and any special needs. Angela is mature, capable, has a great sense of humor, and is responsive to customer concerns. She loves the work she does, and enjoys working with the customer, their families, and their pets.
